FAQ

General Order Questions:

I have a question about an order or product. Who do I contact?

Please get in touch with us at hello@plrty.store with your inquiry and Order # as the Subject.

Inquiries include: Order Status, Pre-Order Status Tracking Inquiry, No Tracking, Cancel Order, Damaged Order and Return

Our working hours are Monday-Friday from 12am-6pm EST - we work hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible!

Please allow up to 24 hours to respond to email correspondence. Emails received on weekends and holidays will be answered the next business day. If the inquiry is regarding an existing order, please make sure to include the order number and a message to expedite the response and resolution. Please note, sending multiple emails with different messages may slow down the response time. We encourage customers to send one message per order inquiry.

We do not offer phone support - please send us an e-mail with your question(s) and we’ll help you out.

Orders can be edited or canceled within 1 hour of placing the order through your order confirmation email. 

After the first hour, we’ll do everything we can to help out here - however, our warehouse works quickly to process orders and we may not be able to make the change.

If you’d like a different size, we can cancel/refund your current order if it has not shipped yet and you may place a new order.

Please e-mail hello@plrty.store with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order number in the subject line.

All items listed are what we currently have available for purchase. Most items will NOT be restocked. Generally, restocks are based on community feedback!

All release and restock information is sent via our mailing list and social media. We suggest signing up for the mailing list for product re-release updates. Signing up is the best way to stay current of all pending releases and other updates.

All sizes currently offered will be listed on the webstore.

Pre-Orders are available for products in demand only.

Pre-Orders will take 2-3 weeks of processing and shipping. We suggest joining our mailing list and social media to get updates on your order.

If your order is taking too long to process, Please send an e-mail to hello@plrty.store with the subject line “Pre-Order” and your order number to inquire about your order status.

Orders can be edited or canceled within 1 hour of placing the order through your order confirmation email. 

After the first hour, as long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel and refund your order.

Please send an e-mail to hello@plrty.store with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order # in the subject line - we’ll take care of that for you.

Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation notification. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the credit to your account

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding some Indian holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking.

Please allow a few business days for the tracking to update. During times of higher order volume than usual, processing time may vary.

Yes, we do currently offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based off the receiver's location.

Domestic orders are shipped via Delhivery, Bluedart with the help of Shiprocket.

International orders are shipped via Shiprocket X, DHL and USPS.

We are not able to guarantee making changes once the order is placed.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to change it!

Please send an e-mail to hello@plrty.store as soon as possible with the subject line “Change Shipping Address” and your order number to inquire about changing your shipping address

Any customs fees, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Duties and Import Taxes are charged upon delivery.

If the order arrives at its international destination and the customer refuses to pay customs, taxes, or import fees, it will be shipped back.

A return-to-sender fee will be subtracted from the refund if the order is refused.

Tracking

Once shipped, most domestic orders will arrive in 4-8 business days for standard delivery.

International orders may take up to several weeks to arrive. Arrival will depend on your location.

Please note that orders may take longer to process during high volume seasons.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with tracking information.

Check your status at the TRACK YOUR ORDER page.

Please make sure the address is entered in English and correctly formatted to avoid returns. Tracking numbers are emailed when the order ships. Once items are shipped, customers may track the package via the shipping carrier indicated in the shipping notification email.

If you do not receive any notifications, please send us an e-mail with the subject line “ No Tracking'' to hello@plrty.store

Tracking updates are not always updated in real time and typically start to update within 1-2 days.

Please keep checking your tracking status and you should start to see updates!

Payments & Safety

We accept payments by Credit and Debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Apple pay. You can change the store currency at the top of the page.

NO! We don't take Cash-on-Delivery orders.

Returns & Refunds

We maintain a strict no refund policy. Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. Please note that final designs may slightly differ from the promotional material on the website or social media. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact us at hello@plrty.store and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

Please reach out to hello@plrty.store within 5 days of delivery and we’ll help you out. Mail us with the Subject as 'Damaged Product' or 'Wrong Product' along with your Order #.

Items purchased on sale are final sale - no exceptions. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not offered on final sale items. Please shop wisely.

PLRTY will gladly offer an exchange/item return in the form of store credit, only.

Exchange/item returns are available within 5 days of delivery. Customer must contact us at hello@plrty.store - within this time frame to make the request. Please include the order number and reason for the request. Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return item(s) to PLRTY.

For Health and safety reasons,We do not offer exchanges or returns on shoes, socks, headwear, masks, rugs, or under garments. We do not hold items for purchase. All purchases are on a first come basis. Please allow 3 business days to process packages received. After processing, the store credit code will be emailed to the customer. The store credit will only include the cost of the item(s). Initial shipping charges are not credited. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase.

Exchanges and Returns are available ONLY for orders from India.
